When looking at Tsukishima one half of me appreciates the slow and meticulous build up he has from being a miscellaneous NPC underling of Tsurumi’s into a main character who, as the chapters go by, reveals only bits and pieces of his true personality and motives until that explosive reveal of his backstory in Karafuto which leaves me craving for more action with him, to see him grow and eventually stand toe to toe with Tsurumi and do what He Wants with his life, but the other half of me is constantly thinking “where’s his vacation??? a pension????? any kind of respite?? when’s the last time this man has slept. is he eating properly??? Get Some Rest And Leave The Army Stuff To Literally Anyone Else, I Beg Of You”
