Each one of us is trying to move on in life, learning to leave behind some painful memories that hurt us in every possible way. . Every day, every little thing we do reminds us of them because of the memories and time we shared with them. . We have a short period of life, there is no point in clinging onto the pain, ruining our present and creating a life full of regrets. . The least we can do is being true to ourselves, accepting the fact that they no longer feel the same for you and by putting your heart and soul in taking a step forward to move away from the pain you are going through. . Take a break from things that constantly remind you of them, an empty mind always takes you to the past full of memories and hurts you more, so try doing something effective by keeping yourself busy, nobody but only you could help yourself out. .
