Prince Leopold, Duke of Albany
Prince Leopold, Duke of Albany (1853 – 1884), was the eighth child and youngest son of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. Leopold was later created Duke of Albany, Earl of Clarence, and Baron Arklow. He had hemophilia, which contributed to his death following a fall at the age of 30.

I concentrated on the pink, red, and black dresses. The best existing real dresses I could find are below. I also chose fans that would compliment those dresses.
I think I would choose the black dress below, to wear to the lecture or performance that Béraud painted.
