I just recently purchased the Journey Into Nyx event deck because of its incredible potential to be an amazing deck.
I need cheap ideas to make this thing even better! (Keeping it in standard, of course!)
My only idea is more Mizzium Mortars, but those might overcrowd the sorcery/instant ratio. I already removed the Spellheart Chimeras because I simply don't like them. Also because I'd rather just keep using the Elixir of Immortalities to recycle the deck continuously, rather than depend on the Spellhearts.
Any ideas, fellow Magic geeks?

En enero pasado, Wizards anunció el lanzamiento de un Mazo de Evento tipo Modern, para asi ayudar a difundir el formato de juego. WHAT DO YOU MEAN NO MARSH FLATS IN THE EVENT DECK?!?!
Like at least it has path, inquisition, elspeth, windbrisk and feast and famine but still.
Four copies of Steve Argyle's Flames of the Firebrand are included in the deck. They are identical to the M14 printing of the card.
