I've always wanted to go to festivals, but am pretty bad at finding them. How do I find some near me? I've tried google, but I'm hopeless on what to search for exactly. Lol. Thanks in advance!

One of the first ways I would suggest, is to go to a local concert, especially for music you already enjoy, and at the end of most events there’s street teams handing out flyers. TAKE ALL OF THEM. lol. Seriously, I still love collecting flyers after an event. Then look up these upcoming shows or festivals and see if they’re of any interest to you. You can also use these flyers to see WHO is throwing these events. Then look up their pages to see what other events they are hosting.
Also, try checking out https://www.everfest.com. Use their search bar and type “Music festival” in the first part (that will take out all the food festivals and other non music festivals) then your city in the location. This might be a good way to pull up events!
