Here is a set up by #EventsMasterclassGhanaTrainer @DecorTalk yesterday for a Wedding Reception of just under 100 Persons: Hosts, Guests and Entire Event Production Team. Wearing masks is beginning to look like a must have fashion accessory only. There are still other things that need to be observed: Hosts, Guests and Entire Event Production Team must be for 100 persons Collecting Hosts, Guests and Entire Event Production Team Contact Data for Post Event Tracing (should the need arise) Regularly washing of hands with soap and running water Regularly using hand sanitisers or disinfectants Individually owning and carrying hand sanitisers or disinfectants Respecting Social Distancing (mind the gap) The setup clearly minded the gap :) . Current Challenge: Event Planner/Designer - We can’t put 8 or 10 people per table like you used to so we will need to provide you with almost twice the number of tables,, table cloths and centre pieces. The rest of the set up items can be of the same quantity. And we may need 2 buffet stations instead of one to reduce the queuing time as we respect social distancing Client - Oh no! It is an event for family and close friends only we will be fine. Do the normal set up. I don’t want to incur additional costs.
