Sky's Still Blue || Everett & Josie (closed)
Josie followed the familiar trail that lead up to the edge of a forest, a relieved look on her face when she finally caught sight of the familiar house. After making her way over to his office only to find out that he'd headed out early, the blonde figured she'd test her luck and see if he was home. Given his busy schedule, she had no idea if she'd even find the werewolf. Between being the town mayor and pack master, it was a mystery to her how Everett still managed to remain...well, Everett.
But she was thankful that he did.
Everett Lawson continued to hold a special place in her life and that probably wouldn't ever change. He had been a good friend during a rough time in her life, and even more at one point. He had been the one to enlighten Josie on werewolves, given that her mother had never stuck around long enough to do so herself. While she may not have been a wolf herself, the blonde still considered herself an unofficial one at heart. Despite the fact that they hadn't quite worked out as a couple, the pair remained as close as ever. She couldn't exactly say that about all her ex-boyfriends, but she was glad that Everett was an exception.
She knocked on the door and within seconds it swung open, revealing Everett on the other side. "You’re a difficult man to get a hold of, Mr. Lawson," she teased, a smile instantly forming on her face as she looked up at her friend.
