These are so lovely, Emme. Look at the little illustrations! Thank you so much. I’m well, and missing you, and moving with Aurora in a matter of weeks. Oh, I hope you knew about that. I’m sure you did. Happy Christmas! Would you like to come over for orange rolls soon?
- Ev
Oh, you're moving to the Netherlands? I had no clue about that, actually, but I'm certain you will enjoy your time there. Orange rolls sound delightful; I would love to visit whenever you're free.
- Emmeline xx
Is it too early to open some wine?
It's fascinating, yes, of course. It's going to make me a pack rat, Nash, but I've taken a liking to the frazzled. And I'll never buy a full Christmas tree again. Thank you for that. Thank you for your help. - Everleigh
Pack rat is such a harsh word, though. Makes you an appreciator of the unusual.
Of course. No problems, Everleigh.
Stay ace,
Nash
Have you stopped smoking? Cigarettes, not weed. Well, weed, too, if you did. Interested. Long time no write. Hello, Dirk. Have you stopped smoking? - Everleigh
Hello Everleigh,
I did stop smoking. I stopped smoking weed nearly two years ago and I stopped smoking cigarettes this summer. How are you?
- Dirk
Broken cigarette family. You can name yours, if you'd like. - Salt
I see. Coincidentally, I just broke a couple of cigarettes. I've attached them. Can one be called Ponyboy? You can name the other.
-Sirius
Should you break a cigarette, may I have it? - Salt
Course you may. What do you need broken cigarettes for?
-Sirius
Exactly! I've always felt terrible about breaking them. It wasn't their fault they were broken. And it doesn't make them any less of cigarettes, it isn't fair that they don't work just the same, even if they do taste the same and do the same job on a smaller scale. So, I'm making use for them. They deserve it. - Everleigh
That's an interesting way to think about it, isn't it? Makes you wonder about things that are broken or not up to standards when you put it like that.
Like Christmas trees. Ever wonder what they do with the small scrawny ones that never get bought or sold because they don't make quite the impression people want them to? Suppose the wood is still good for something, though.
Anyway, I'll be sure to send any broken cigarettes your way.
Stay ace,
Nash
