The owner of LaKu sits outside of her store in the warm sunlight eating popcorn with the store's dog "Chabo" on Valencia Street in the Mission District of San Francisco. "Laku" means "Happy" or "Comfortable." This is the way the owners of LaKu want their customers to feel when they visit their store. The store features funky uniquely designed original hats, slippers & handmade gifts from vintage & natural fabrics. "Chabo" the stores pet dog is a mix of Shih-tzu and poodle.
