Quick Touch Up- Compact & Pocket Mirrors

     Confession: I currently own several compact and pocket mirrors.  I’m serious because I tend to sometimes misplace them.  Whether you are like me or just need a new one here are a few mirrors that will catch my eye.  Check them out below.

Another way to keep that chest pressured. Note down multiple variations and do 2 reps of each, keep changing position to keep your body guessing. Stop when all of your noted variations are hit by 10 reps! You create the workout as you go, but change after every 2 reps! #everydayfitness #everydaypushups #everydayyou

A little stretch before the next set. For this one, we have knee tucks after every push-up. Some more 🔥 for the fat burn. Controlled movement and a neutral spine. Do this for 30 seconds, drop onto your knees for rest, repeat. Do this 4 times. #everydayfitness #everydaypushups #everydayyou #skinnyfit #pushupbar #pushup
