I don’t remember who got me on this soapbox like a week or three ago, but we need to talk about how Steve entrance is coming out of the room, where he’s been grilling someone for info, who groans as the door opens and closes, and as Steve updates everyone in the room, he’s removing a black wrap glove from his right hand-through-wrist. 

Now, Steve? Steve is our batshit crazy at times, absolutely thousand yard stare, SEAL and Black Govt Ops trained to do things, your normal girls and boys in blue do not do, and still lives as though certain laws don’t apply to him, because the show loves to not make him have to chose anything new or become anything different, and bEcause the line is hazy, given he is still not ‘offically’ a cop, but not as hazy as he’d like to believe, the longer he’s not solidly a SEAL. 

I can vaguely understand how this part goes. Why. Check box.

BUT 

BUT NOT THAT LOU AND KONO ARE STANDING OUTSIDE THE DOOR, OR DANNY OUTSIDE PACKING THE CAR, WAITING FOR WHATEVER INFO STEVE MIGHT HAVE JUST HIT OUT OF SOMEONE TIED TO A CHAIR IN A LOCKED ROOM. MEXICAN CARTEL OF NO MEXICAN CARTEL. CAPTURE TEAMMATE OR NO CAPTURED TEAM MATE. 

My cops were SUPPOSED TO BE COPS. Okay.
