I was super annoyed this morning. When I went to go take a shower before work, there was no hot water. At first I was mentally cussing out the annoying roommate for using it all up. But I was suspicious that the pilot light had gone out. I didn't have the time or the spoons to check it out before work. So when I got home today I checked to see if there was any hot water. There was not. I changed and went out to investigate the hot water heater. The pilot light was definitely out. Sigh. Luckily Google is a thing and relighting it was an easy fix. I was worried something was wrong with it and I'd have to replace it. So that was a weight lifted. And I feel accomplished for having done it myself. Such adulting! 😜
