To draw a timeline of almost anything related to John and Paul is pretty much impossible. Everything is so confusing that I'm not even sure Paul and John themselves knew when things really ended or started. Like, you would think that whatever they had was pretty much over by 1968, when John was with Yoko already, but Apple staff started to call Paul "John's princess" at that time (1968), and the tape Yoko found of John moaning Paul's name is also likely from that time. And Yoko saying "there's something definitely very strong between John and Paul" happened also around that time, shortly after she went to the studio for the first time. And the the photographer of Mad Day Out, said that "the chemistry between John and Paul was extraordinary." So their dynamic continued being pretty INTENSE, as almost everyone picked up on it (including Francie and Ray Connolly, who were in the picture by that time). This all makes sense though, as their feelings and attraction couldn't just be turned off overnight. You can still feel the intensity in many pictures from that time period (1968-1969)
