Thinking of revamping Peter's personality

God, it’s been forever since I’ve done a poll on one of my roleplay blogs. Anyway, I’m trying to get back into the swing of things, and I recently rewatched Seasons 1 and 2. I realized I’ve been roleplaying Saint Peter based on how I interpreted him from his one scene in Season 1, slightly nerdy, overly worried, and a little uppity, but on rewatch that might not be accurate. He might fit more of a “mean girl” or “fake nice” archetype instead.

Things that wouldn’t change regardless: he still cares too much about what people think, and he’s still nice to newcomers, etc.

This change would mostly affect things like his internal dialogue and mannerisms.

How should Saint Peter be portrayed?

Sorry I've been in a slump but

(new episode spoilers below)

Seeing Zestial in these new episodes has made me super happy. I feel like I’ve been really in character after seeing a bit more of him. The way he interacts with Vox during “Bad With Us” did more for me than the Zestmilla snippet, at least in terms of characterization. His personality is really “dark and mysterious,” isn’t it? He definitely keeps his cards close to his chest.

And the spider thing? Live, laugh, love that from him. It totally explains how he’s able to know what’s going on everywhere. (Readers might recognize that’s why I gave my characterization shadow powers, lol -- which are not off the table, btw.)

ALSO--MASTRO??? His characterization took me completely by surprise. I did suspect he’d be a gossipy bitch (since he gives off butler vibes, and that’s always the vibe I get from butlers on tv), but to be the bitch that Zeezi calls before anyone else? Interesting... I really hope we see more of him.

Obviously, the episodes were really good. But why tease my boy and then only use the same clip that was used to tease him? It’s not the biggest deal, but I’m going to pout about it all the same, lol.

I am. So tired. I love this little roleplay blog, ok? I love when people send me asks. I love interacting with new people. I love the silly anons, the magic anons, the people new to roleplaying, the short roleplays, the "too long" roleplays. I want to keep that. I want to have an open roleplay account for people to be able to interact with instead of being a semi-selective blog.

I have ONE rule. ONE! (ok more than one but we're not talking about them rn lol). I am an MDNI blog. I do not want children (anyone under 18) interacting with me. I don't want to have to worry about keeping myself reeled in. I want to play an overlord of Hell however I want. I don't want to have to water myself down to PG. I am aware I cannot stop minors from fully viewing my content. I'm not stupid. I am aware people can lie about their age. But I have MDNI plastered everywhere I can think of. It's at the top of my pinned post. It's in my blog decription. You cannot send me an ask without seeing it. So fucking don't?? I go through the effort to try to verify the ages of accounts, since I know you can't neccesarily tell a person's age by their writing style. But if I find out that it's clear you're under 18, you are not getting your question answered?? If it continues where people keep walking over my one boundary, my blog will be minimized into a selective roleplay blog only. I'll stop answering both anons and new roleplay requests that are outside of the people I have vetted. This would suck, but I have to protect myself and my sanity. Consider this something of a final strike, I guess.

Hello lovelies,

I’m so sorry for the abrupt post, but I wanted to be upfront. I’m going to be taking a hiatus for a bit.

I’ve had a few genuinely scary health issues come up over the past month (including a super secret unexpected hospital visit), along with some difficult family matters. Because of that, I’ll likely be stepping back from roleplay until at least after Christmas.

I’m truly sorry to anyone I owe replies to. When I’m back, I’ll reach out to see if you’d like to continue threads or if you’d prefer to let them rest. Either way is completely okay.

Anyone who needs to reach me knows how, but please don’t feel obligated to check in. I appreciate you all more than I can say.
