None! Nobody wants me! I.. I just... I don't know anyone else. No-one else cares.. Dyl.. Please?
-pushes his fingers hard through his hair, wincing when she mentions the word 'care'- Fuck, Evie.. Alright. I'll talk to Hunter or Sam about it.

I need you to book me. I haven't been booked since.. And I... Someone's going to notice soon. We can do whatever.. I just... Please?
-takes a breath- Evie.. Why me? I mean.. Have you really not found any clients?
Private: Dylan, I need a favor. And no, it isn't about flatting.
Evie, yeah uh.. No promises, okay? I can see what I can do.. But.. What is it?
U-um... Yeah... Ok.. I can't talk, which is why I texted as apposed to calling.
Why can't you talk? What's wrong?
Thank you... How... How are you?
Could be better, could be worse, but not complaining. How-How've you been?
Dylan, you can't let anyone know that I went home with you last week. No-one.. Ok?
Uh, yeah... Sure. I mean, they won't hear it from me. You've been in enough trouble lately.
Break In || Jaz & Evie
The sun was long dead, the New York skyline towering above her, around her, as she waited outside the club. The back doors were barely used, and Jaz lingered, leaning against the cool brick of the side of the building, hoping Evie would know where to find her. The rough stone irritated her back through her clothes, but she didn't move away. Her dark eyes looked up at the starless innercity sky, her mind racing behind a vacant stare. The week seemed determined to keep spinning out of her control, dancing her further away from her comfort zone, a quickstep that was impossible to escape - no matter how many beats she missed, it still seemed determined to sweep her off her feet. The conversation with Evie was unexpected, yet part of her had known it was coming. She'd saved the girl, she'd let her see a tiny piece of her, a piece more than most others, and of course, that would come back to bite her - it always did. Her breath billowed out in smoky little gusts in front of her eyes, and she tried to track the vapor as it dissipated into the night, wishing she herself could be so weightless; anything to avoid thinking more about the events that were plaguing her. The creak of the heavy back door told her that her company had arrived, though she didn't look away from the inky night sky, not quite ready to admit she was actually letting this happen. "There's never any stars over the city... Something about it reflecting too much light... Seems strange doesn't it?" She didn't care about the stars, not really, but she could appreciate the metaphor, although she saw it in reverse. The city didn't reflect light for her, it swallowed it, leaving the sky as unlit, just as dark and dull and empty as all the souls inside it, in one way or another. "They're up there... We just can't see them..."
Teacher's New Pet | Evie
Heather had seen this poor girl around the club in the past few days, and it was honestly pitiful. It was like she was begging to be beaten and thrown out into the street. The ex-prostitute knew better than anyone that if you weren't one of the best, you would be gone faster than you could blink your eye. Being the woman she was she gladly took the timid girl under her wing, afraid Summer would end up doing something very...Summer. Heather took the young girl into a separate room and set her down on the bed "Darling, you have got to stop this or you're going to be out on your ass." The older, more experienced woman sat down beside her and slid an arm around her "I know there has to be a reason you are here or else you wouldn't be."
She brushed a strand of the girls hair out of the way, and cupped her face in both of her hands and looked her in the eye "If you want to keep this job, you need to learn a few things." Heather let go of the girl, and stood up "First of all, this 'please..' thing has to stop. You can't be so timid and such a scared little puppy dog. I know that Summer is scary, but trust me she will be a whole lot scarier if you don't start bringing in more clients." The ebony-haired pin up girl put her hands on her hips "You have to be more confident and sure of yourself. Even if you're not feeling it, don't let anyone else know that. You have to be seductive, not pathetic."
She pursed her lips, and finally took a seat next to the girl again "You're a pretty girl, but you look pitiful all of the time and it just isn't sexy. Sure, there are plenty of people who want to fuck a whiny bitch that looks like she is unwilling and miserable, but you have to embrace your inner sex-goddess and make men and women alike want to pay for such a fine piece of ass." Heather put her hand on the girls thigh, and gave her a squeeze of encouragement "Do you understand?"
