For either evil au or evil flower au, how do you think Illinois would react coming back from a long adventure just to find Yancy in his bed, wearing all the jewelry and surrounded by the gems he’s gotten him, sleeping?
For both I think he would gasp quietly and sink to his knees, his legs not able to support him at the moment. He stares at the wonderful sight and when he hears someone coming up the stairs, he forces himself up and closes the door, not to wake Yancy up.
Then he walks over to the bed and carefully sits down at the edge of the bed. Yancy mutters in his sleep, but doesn’t wake up.
Illinois sits there, admiring the sight until Yancy wakes up, sleepy eyes locking themselves on Illinois. Yancy relaxes when he realizes it’s Illinois, still too tired and newly awake to be embarressed that he’s been sleeping with Illinois’ gifts.
He gets a bit alert when Illinois grabs one of his hands and brings it to his lips, kissing his knuckles.
Illinois has tears in his eyes and he kisses Yancy’s knuckles and then he puts it on his cheek and holds it there while leaning into it. Yancy starts moving his thumb through Illinois’ beard.
“I’m yours,” Illinois says, “forever and always.”
Ok, since I already mashed up two aus, how would an Evil Illinois react to songbird Yancy? I feel he’d be delighted to have one who will listen and not constantly threaten him. Especially the part on how he’ll get on his knees just to hold onto Illinois (or in the other case Michigan) just to get some pets and hold him.
Illinois would be delighted. In the beginning. He would hold and cuddle Yancy so much and just hold him as much as he can.
But after a time… it gets old. There’s no spark in those eyes, it’s more like Yancy are doing these things because he’s supposed to. The glint that pops up in his eyes when a fight is closing in or he has murdered someone, it’s just not there. And that’s what made Illnois transfixed by Yancy to begin with.
There’s no threaths, no matter how empty or not they were before, to spice things up. There’s no satisfaction of handing Yancy a knife and recieving a pleased grin as the current victim is begging for their life. There’s no Yancy dropping by his room to ask him to help to hide the body despite he’s fully capable of doing it on his own. There’s no adrenaline from sneaking a kiss on the cheek from Yancy before running away giggling when Yancy curses after him.
There’s simply nothing that Illinois fell in love with.
In the end, I think Illinois would take ‘mercy’ on Yancy and kill him from this pathetic existance.
Maybe Evil!Illinois is intrigued with how Evil!Yancy never truly leaves the manor, and finds himself watching him incase he’s too much of a danger when ever he’s ‘home’. Just to end up entranced by how he sings and dances and overall fights and murders others? Yancy getting intrigued how this man with a whip that has full control over it is very rarely there... till he realizes he’s starting to be around more and more often. So of course he has to challenge him.
The first time evil!Illinois sees evil!Yancy, he knows that he’s a killer. Illinois have met enough of the type to see it in their eyes. Then again, a lot of Egos are killers.
So Illinois keeps an eye out whenever he’s at the Manor. He’s one of the few egos that aren’t evil(hah) so it feels like he’s a target. Soon he finds himself watching Yancy a lot, from the times he seems like a normal person when he sings in the kitchen and sways his hips, or when his voice can be heard over the showers as he sings so loud.
(he denies to himself that something stirs inside of him when he sees Yancy bloodcovered, a crazy and satisfied grin to his face. and it gets harder to deny it when Illinois sees Yancy in action and isn’t disturbed by it. it’s beautiful)
Yancy are on his guard against everyone, but when he has shown everyone what he can do, he feels like that they won’t dare to touch him. A mutal respect goes around. He knows he can fight them.
He sees a man who drops by from time to time in the Manor but doesn’t really stay for long. Keeping an eye out enough to know he won’t be a threat to Yancy, but his awareness of the man increases when he watches him get into a fight with one of the other egos and handles that whip like it’s merely an extension of himself. And the man ends up winning.
So he notices early on that the man, Illinois, stays around more and more. And Yancy catches him more and more staring at him. In the beginning it’s a bit annoying, but Illinois aren’t in the way so Yancy let’s him watch. But when he catches Illinois staring at him when he’s killing someone, it gets too much.
Yancy approach Illinois, pointing the knife at him. Illinois doesn’t break eyecontact with him. Annoyed, Yancy tilts up Illinois’ chin with the tip of his knife, asking what he wants, if he’s asking for a fight.
He needs to surpress a shiver when Illinois gives him an intense stare and licks his lips.
“May I follow you on your next hunt?”
Yancy knows that Illinois have never killed anyone before. Hurt, yes, but only in selfdefense. So this request? How can he possible deny it, with those intense eyes looking at him?
Evil!Illinois coming back to the manor and seeing Evil!Yancy out on the manor grounds, covered in blood. He smiles and steps past the bodies, after taking in the sight of Yancy, and tries to hold him. Just ends up with a knife held up against him, but he doesn’t mind. From his pockets he pulls out beautiful gems and jewelry, telling Yancy how he stole them/murdered people to get it, and how he wants to cover him and his weapons in them. Sighing as he watches Yancy go back to beating a body
This is certainly later in the story of the evil duo. And so far I have only ideas on early on xD
But this is very evil and very good!
(Afterwards Illinois helps cleaning Yancy in the bath, carefully pouring water over him and rinse away the blood)
Mwahaha, you have indeed been giving me too much power, but I’m glad you like my ideas(?) What do you think for Evil Flower au Illinois’ reaction would be to coming back from a long adventure, with his own new tattoo from a misstep and ready to show Yancy it because he knows Yancy finds his tattoos intriguing and to give him a new treasure, just to find out Yancy has his own new and prominent tattoo himself?
There’s getting too much evilness on my blog… oops xD but seriously tho, I love the ideas.
Illinois would be excited when he got home, carrying a box with Yancy’s newest treasure and when he sees Yancy he shines up like a dog seeing its owner getting back home. With quick steps, he’s by Yancy and gives him a kiss and starts talking excitedly and starts rolling up his sleeve to show his new tattoo, not at first noticing Yancy’s low mood. It does seem to get better when Illinois returns, but he’s not reacting the same as he usually does.
Then Illinois notices a flower with color on Yancy’s temple. It wasn’t there before he left.
Without a warning, Illinois pushes Yancy down and pins him, making Yancy squeel in surprise, and with one hand he holds Yancy’s hands above his head and with the other hand he grips Yancy’s cheeks and forces Yancy to look to the side.
Yancy first swears and spits when Illinois pins him down but he becomes silent and starts trembling when Illinois inspects the new flower tattoo. He still doesn’t like to die and he thinks of the flowers like a sign of weakness.
When Illinois realeses his hands to cradle Yancy’s face in both of his hands, they lock eyes. Illinois’ are filled with barely contained anger.
And when Illinois asks “Who?” Yancy finds himself thinking that this is a very good look on Illinois. Getting a new tattoo might not be that bad after all.
Ok, this might be wild, but hear me out. Flower Evil Au. Illinois learning about each of Yancy’s flowers/deaths, and doing anything he can to take out and hurt the people who hurt his Treasure. Even pulling all his connections for people who are otherwise untouchable. If Yancy killed them already? He loots their family and tarnishes the persons legacy, getting Yancy a new jewel (even though he would anyways) for each person he took care of. Trying to convince him to let him dress him in jewelry
Oh no, what have I done. Anon, you’re getting too powerful!!!!
The jewels are special, the ones Illinois brings back. He has Always brought special, never generic, jewels back to Yancy, but with these, all of them has a theme so that Yancy could with a glance know that Illinois took care of one of the persons that hurt him.
When Yancy recieves the last jewel for his flowers, he kisses Illinois slowly, making Illinois melt at his touch, and agrees to one time he will wear these specific jewels. And he does.
Illinois couldn’t love a man any more than he does when he sees Yancy owning the jewels he wears.
