Evil Jess
A Jess from a timeline plunged into eternal darkness and attacked by her key trio because her butterfly wings were too pretty. She found a shadowy crystal and took its magic as her own. It couldn’t bring back her wings fully but at least one of them returned even if more dragon-like. The other remains just a damaged stub that she can hide with magic to fly with by casting an illusion over it. But even then she can’t fly properly so she has gained more defensive spikes and blades. One day a strange rift leads to her learning that this world holds a Jess who seems to be…Peaceful. It’s not fair! So she will do whatever it takes to plunge this land into darkness all the same as her own. But just how far can she push the power of the shadows against someone who’s born of darkness…?

“Dreaming Nightmare”
A fun concept sketch of the combined dragon form of Evil Jess and Jess. This four winged dragon seems cheery and friendly at a glance but her eyes are always closed. But should a threat arise, a third eye opens from the scar across her face and her mouth opens into a sinister smile and darkness fills the skies like a dream turning into a nightmare.
Doesn’t need magic to fly and her horns are too strong to break easily. The front wings are more like a bugs wing in functionality as they fold up tightly.
