Shyvern concept art

Fluttershy was the first important pony to become a dragon in the AU by @ask-keystar , after getting bitten by Angel who looked normal but had been cursed by Cursmane to have the ability to turn ponies into dragons by biting them.

Shyvern is very intimidating and also quite nimble in flight. Unfortunately she has a weakness for sweets and can be distracted with an apple. She prowls the forests for ponies who have managed to get through the barriers. Discord saw her transform and hasn’t been seen since and likely has also went into hiding to figure out a plan. Shyvern can also infect others with the curse by biting them or scratching them. It doesn’t seem to affect other dragons..Hopefully.

These are just some concept art I did to give an general idea of what she’d look like!~

Some basic info for the AU that @ask-keystar has~

A world currently under the threat of the princesses who were turned into dragons by cursed objects sent to them by an unknown dark being who had once been sealed away within a book. Now free, the unknown darkness watches from an unknown location as the corrupted princesses prowl their territories fiercely and have created barriers to separate them them from the outside world though some can pass these with effort it’s ill-advised due to the uncertainty of the surroundings beyond that territory of the princesses. A battle once raged for many years but has settled down though the ground around the barriers is ravaged by the destruction from long ago.

The former princesses do not take kindly to those who have upset them, meaning very few have dared to try and bring them back to their senses. However, this has not stopped others from trying to anyway but it hasn’t been successful so far. Most of the important ponies have been missing or their whereabouts unknown since the dragons appeared. All that is known is that so far only one of the younger Princess’ was able to survive the curse due to her fathers actions but has been left forever changed and seeks to gather allies to restore the dragons back to their senses.

However! One dragon is always seeking her wherever she goes, making her travels difficult but she manages to get away every chance it happens. But only recently did she learn that the dark force itself has their own ally lurking in the shadows with the power to create cursed trinkets that will turn the remaining ponies into dragons if they get the cursed present unknowingly…

Some say that the missing ponies may be hiding from this threat; Others say that one may have already became cursed and seeks the rest out to find them and spread the same curse while remaining unfound and out of sight. Changelings have hidden themselves even farther away from the terrors but who knows if their leader has avoided the curse as well. No one has managed to locate their colony and the few changelings who are spotted outside the barriers have entirely became a bush and don’t seem to be themselves anymore with no sign showing what led to it.

Many mysteries remain…And the dark force remains unseen that watches the landscape from the shadows.

New OC of mine for an AU by @ask-keystar ~

Cursmane is an Alicorn who once was a simple Pegasus. But one fateful day, he found a book and began to read it not knowing a dark force had been sealed within its pages long ago by the princesses. Without warning, later on, the unknown being escaped and he was cursed! Turned into an Alicorn, but also turning into a dragon though spared enough to only partly be one. But the dark creature then returned to him, promising to keep him like that as long as he used his new powers to their advantage.

Sometime later, the princesses became dragons….Not due to him, no, but cursed presents that the dark force had sent out. However, Cursmane can create his own cursed gifts that turn unknowing ponies into dragons who will only follow the dark force that seeks to rule the world with the cursed princesses ensuring few can fight back. After all, the cursed princesses have staked out their territory making it difficult for ponies to travel between the lands with ease…

Cursmane also exists in the regular universe, still offering his cursed trinkets to unknowing ponies. Dragons, however, seem unaffected by this curse….Maybe~

Keystar plays with her food

Keytstar was at that one tree with her mom @shadowfoxsilver and was setting up a bunch of food and snacks around the room, Jess watched curiously as Keystar was using her magic to mess around with the food.

Jess grew a little cincered after some of the attempts made the food look like it might explode. Jess told Keystar to be carefull and thought this would be a good time to head out just incase something happens.

Keystar was more than happy with her fun and kept messing with the food, Keystar had just gotten to the chocolate as Jess left the room and closed the door behind her. Not more than one step away from the door when a loud bang was herd from the room Keystar was in.

Jess quickly turned arounded and rushed back in fearing the worst, what she found when she got back in was quite surpriseing. The whole room was covered in chocholate. Seems her playing with food got out of hoof, There was evem a spot on the wall Keystar shaped and clean of any chocolate, But where was keystar? JEss leeked around the room and spotted her on the other side, compleatly clean of any chocolate.

Keystar was all smiles and giggling like usual and Jess was quite confused, looking at the spot on the wall and back at keystar who was just as clean as when she left a minite ago. Jess finaly, after trying to figure it out has to ask "How are you NOT covered in chocolate?"

Keystar smiles and giggles as she replys "I just stepped out of the way" Jess trys to figure this out and finaly gives up just putting it with the other weird stuff Keystar tends to do.

Work is temporarily over

Well, it's that time of the year when my job has stopped for a month or so. While I now have free time, my weekly pay has ended until work starts back up. This is the time of the year when I have to rely on other things to continue helping mom and family.

Aleum with a different kind of tail! 1/2 of Jan 2023 adopts though I have more to catch up on! Just getting the designs completed for now at least. It'll be up for sale once I finish the others~
