Concept of evil clone Saiki before my Ipad powers down from low battery

I think brogato would make himself like 2 inches taller just because. I think that’s really funny.

Behind that smile is irritation because he is now hearing the thoughts of thousands without the other limiter. But idk he powers through that

Also, for why my design choice for Evil Saiki is looking different from the original so as to not cause confusion between the two. I think that’s obvious enough. But brogato looks like an oc ngl HAHAHA (i based his current outfit on an existing OC that I do not use)

Plus the clone is trying to be his own person, he would be deliberately styling himself a bit more differently from the original

This is how I imagined the backstory of Saiki’s evil clone. [This is a week-old draft because I am very shy in expressing ideas… ok]

I gave up on the artie comic bits for this tangent, so have some basic dialogue so I can set up the thing for you [shrug]:

Kusuo: “Your job is done, I’ll be retrieving you now.”

Clone: He turned back to face the other,

“...No, I don’t think so.”

Kusuo: “Huh?”

Clone: “I think I’d like to have a life of my own.

You’d feel the same, right?”

Kusuo: “But having the two of us will be troublesome.”

Clone: “You’re right.”

Perhaps we need to get rid of the other.

...This was not intentionally projected as telepathic communication, Kusuo knows the difference, of course, the clone knows so too.

To them, this was a major a slip of the tongue. …Or rather, a slip of the mind. ?

But nevermind that, there are bad intentions.

BANG

Fragments of remaining plastic hit the ground.

He broke my left limiter.

The one thing held my powers back, and it’s so loud. I feel everything rushing in. It’s so painful—it hurts to move. That little—

Wait.

He made me much more powerful than he is. If I can JUST-

Both Kusuo and Clone were beaten. Kusuo’s barely conscious, but Clone’s powers were still crackling. He could end it right here, with one clean strike.

But there is a single problem. They both realized it by now.

They share matching bruises and wounds, any damage that the original suffers from will be reflected on the clones themselves.

If he kills the original, that’s basically suicide.

So, with this opportunity where the other is about to pass out, Clone ran away. Actually, teleported, since he was basically limping at that point.

And to nowhere is specific, really. He just needed to run.

Initially it was just a small joke I made to myself because yeah it is crucial information that he is in another location at the moment, separated from Kusuo. But I ended up really liking it so it’s canon I guess. Evil Saiki integrated into filipino society

Also yes I have adopted the name Clone for him as you’ve noticed at some point. Characteristically he WOULD choose another name for himself, I just haven’t given it much thought.

I learned how to use chrome remote desktop and I was finally able to draw something properly with my preferred device… so naturally I made evil Saiki’s other limiter! Canonically speaking it is broken, but in tomodachi life I’m a very nice person ❤️

hi i really like kusuclone... very interesting concept for a character made Even better by making him filipino lol 👍 (im also filipino, its nice to see others in this fandom!!)

I’m happy to know people like it! ❤️ It’s inspired by some other Evil Saiki— though that’s another small subject on its own... 🤔 And I do plan sharing more about the little guy soon enough.

Him being (or becoming, rather) filipino wasn’t supposed to be THAT big of a deal at first but I’ve basically made a whole life for him over there now, so yeh that’s something to look forward to hehehe [thumbs up]
