not very photogenic, but i was worried the fizzing would be more aggressive. the beverage is baja blast, cos i dont care for monster.
notes before tasting:
-this candy is aggressively lemon flavored. paired with tropical lime, i expect: Evil Sprite
-the fizzing is far less aggressive than i expected! barely any activity. when i eat the candy straight up, it feels like it fizzes more than this just from how it dissolves?
notes after tasting:
-this is the first time its made a meaningful difference to the flavor of the soda! it solidly tastes more lemony, more sour. punchy. not unpleasant. tastes nice, though i fear for my teeth/j
-not noticing the sour candy crust forming at all. maybe if i put like a ton of them in? idk. so far ive added a second one.
-i expected the dye to strip off and change the color of the drink, similar to sour skittles, but that does not seem to be happening yet. again, maybe if i put more in?
-sips get progressively more sour without consistent agitation, but so far still not unpleasant.
