Evri parcel company is so fucking terrible.

First, they didn't deliver my pets at homes order. With my rabbit food etc.

The tracking said they were sending it back, then the ai chatbot shit (can't talk to real person) said it was delivering today for multiple days.

I had to get pets at homes to contact them and send me a new parcel using a different delivery company.

Now my Youtooz is finally supposed to arrive after preordering in May and was supposed to be dispatched in November. Finally is dispatching.

But naturally it hasn't moved in days and the fucking chat bot customer service said an agent is ringing me back. Low and behold, no one has contacted me in days!!!!

So now I've escalated it with Youtooz.

I never chose this shit company, it's always chosen for me. How do they even stay in business when so many people have problems with them????
