once in sims 2 a guy came to a party and fell asleep in my bed and I guess he glitched because he stayed in bed forever and I couldn’t afford a new bed and I died from lack of sleep

what??? the fucker had no right. my game glitched once when the death angel came (or whatever his name is) he killed the guy but didn't leave and in the end he joined the household and married the widow

Honestly, thinking about who Gale is and what he is, would you seriously believe that he would vote no to the games? Especially if he saw Katniss say yes? He wouldn't know why she did. The only reason he'd say no is if Katniss said no, just so she wouldn't despise him any more. But Gale, from the very beginning of the series, made it quite clear that anyone who wasn't Seam was less human to him. The tributes from other districts were nothing more than animals to him. These are people who know suffering right along with him. So what must he think of the Capitol citizens? He would have voted yes, had he been given the chance.

And of course a bad past isn't an excuse. I'm not making excuses for Johanna. I'm just saying it's because of this that she did what she did. She was in the wrong quite a bit, but so was Gale and so was Katniss and so was Haymitch, so why do so many people hate her while adoring the others?

I understand that. But so did Katniss. And so would Gale have done. I'm not saying that everything Johanna did was right. Of course not. But she had lost everything, including her only friend. She had no one after that. She wanted to make the Capitol feel the same pain she had to live with every day. Was it right? No. But when you're grieving and you've been paraded around for years as nothing more than a simple toy, I imagine it becomes too much at some point before you want to make them feel every ounce of pain you can give them.
