SO AGREED! I feel like Shayla was also similar, but Elliot didn’t reallly warm up to her for quite a while, while we have seen Elliot and Leon as constant chill companions since Leon’s introduction to the show.

That’s true! I love Shayla, but I wasn’t that into Shayla/Elliot - I felt like Shayla deserved better tbh, I felt like Elliot didn’t quite respect her. Like sometimes I felt like he saw her as more like, his Manic Pixie Dream Girl than for herself, you know?

Someone commented on my Newtibal WIP, Always Thought My Heart To Be a Dark Horse and said that it’s 2019 and they’re still loving it! I’m so encouraged!

I have the rest of that fic plotted out in a Word document and I honestly want to finish it. I have hardly been writing at all lately, though.

It’s crazy, since I began that fic, I literally got pregnant, had the kid, got a new degree, and got a new job. Would it even be possible for me to come back to it and finish it now and actually  make it good? Now I keep imagining it...

I will always love Newtibal forever! It’s the pairing that brought me to Tumblr.
