ik he’s supposed to be dangerous and toxic but imagine that dark ex billy being so gentle with the reader like carrying her around the apartment when she’s tired, her head in his chest and all, or like preparing her a bath and making sure that the cosmetics he she uses during the bath are the best, or making her a dinner while having her close to him because he can’t keep an eye off of her, so she’s like wrapped up in some blankets of the best quality and sitting on the couch while he’s cooking and he keeps checking on her and giving her forehead kisses every forty seconds, and when he’s done with the food, he feeds her and all😳😳

So then we have to ask ourselves: What makes him dark? And the answer is simply his obsession with the reader.

He's got an unhealthy obsession that makes sense if you think about his past- He's afraid of being abandoned, he (Holy shit there was a small earth tremor just now hahahahahaha its okay it was really small)

Anyway, he's hooked on the reader, and not in a good way. He has this overwhelming need to have her. But he's satisfied with just simply being with her. He doesn't want to keep her locked up in a place, he just wants to know that she's always going to be on his side.

So, of course he'll take care of her, of course he'll dote on her. He'd do anything to keep her. He doesn't even care if she talks to other guys- he knows that she only has eyes for him.

I think the problem is really gonna come up when Billy has trouble making the right choice. Like, in canon when he lets Rawlins kill Frank's family. That's something that would make him lose her forever.

Oof, so maybe his choices aren't based on wrong or right, they're based on a 'what would you do' type of situation. Whatever choice he makes that would ultimately push you away is the wrong choice.

It's obviously the wrong way to go about making moral decisions, and maybe you're trying to help him with that (even though you're under no obligation to fix him) But it can't hurt to try for a man you love that's asking for your help...

So, in his own twisted way, he does love you, and he only realises that when you break up for the first time- and by then it's too late to get you back.

When she doesn't leave her house for a day or two he gets worried, and he breaks in.

Ex billy for suree!! I can’t imagine the lengths billy would go to for his ex that he’s still inlove/infatuated with. The keeping tabs and breaking into her apartment is such a fun idea. We all know he’s capable after he basically did it to Curtis in season 1, the vibrator idea is fun af too.
