(Semi-urgent) Hey so I'm AFAB nonbinary and not out yet. I just started gym class and I have to use the girls locker room, which is causing quite a bit of dysphoria. I also have to deal with things like "girls on one side, boys on the other" and it's just making me feel awful. What can I do to combat this dysphoria(without coming out)?
I was in a similar position when I had to wear a dress to prom and it made me feel awful. One way I fought the dysphoria was to pretend that I’m a secret agent who has to wear a dress and that I’m someone else. Every time they do the “girls on one side, boys on the other” thing, pretend that you’re undercover and that you’re sneaking into the girls’ side. So that might work. You can even pretend to be your favourite character who is a girl. Hope this helps!

Omg!!!! So I met this guy almost a year ago and instantly we hit it off. We've been dating since then and a few months ago he came out to me as a trans woman! I love her so much and she means the world to me and we're staying together! We're best friends and she's my entire world! In the next few months she's going to be starting hrt and I'm SO EXCITED FOR HER! I love my beautiful girlfriend so much, she makes me so happy!

Yes. You don’t have to (want to) get gender affirmation surgery to be valid.
