Hey idk who’ll see this but I just encourage everyone to doubt their beliefs! I used to believe in shifting and It really hurt my life :(( just dont do anything risky, Imagine shifting kinda like gambling, don’t throw away your cr life, It’s still important to take care of yourself here too even if theres a chance you win big in your dr! :). they should genuinely do a test on reality shifting where they tell several different shifters to do a specific eye movement once they’re in their dr, then if their physical body does the eye movement too it will be proof that the shifters are dreaming

i really just want to end my life.
this world just isn’t for me. i’ve known that as a child—and i tried to kill myself. ever since i was 13-15 years old, i searched for spiritualized ways out of it—reality shifting, law of assumption, subliminal videos. i know i can’t live like this, so i searched for ways to change reality. but it never worked. eventually i had to come to the realization that it was never real in the first place.
the fundamental issue still persists. i can’t live in reality. i just really wish i was dead. i wish i didn’t have to exist at all.

seriously guys, please doubt shifting. Only if just a little, this isnt meant to be negative but:
If shifting is fake youd WANT TO KNOW.
If shifting is real you have NOTHING TO LOOSE.
Doubt wont change the truth, so If shifting is true there is no logical reason not to doubt it
you should age down yourself in your dr SPECIFICALLY to date and manipulate a younger person
this is sarcastic I dont believe in shifting and I think it's harmful
