Sometimes when I know a word in English but not German I say the English word with a German pronunciation and just kinda hope for the best...
#German is my native tongue#and this happens more often than I like to admit#but it also works pretty often#because a lot of German and English words are very similar#for example Konversation and conversation#exact same meaning#you just have to pronounce conversation like there's a stick up your ass
