some changes to the way i portray team 8 on this blog :         they are still an intel-gathering team for the most part,   but each member specialises in different forms of iryo - ninjutsu;         hinata’s byakugan helps locate any disruptions in a person’s chakra flow,       combined with some basic iryo techniques,      she can perform minor surgeries  and she's often brought in to assist during operations ...   kiba and akamaru can both sniff illnesses and poisons,        disease - smelling dogs have been proven to exist, so i'm incorporating that into my lore as well, akamaru's saliva has some healing properties when it comes to minor lacerations since he's been trained to mix his saliva with kiba's chakra, they're both very well - versed at sniffing out poisons and altogether all inuzuka dogs help with mental distress ! shino ( unlisted on this blog but a request - only muse ) can use his bugs to stop bleeding, as well as use special leeches to restore chakra balance, altogether they're a mainly intel-gathering iryo team, mostly sent out on rescue missions.

maybe controversial opinion,         but the appeal of hinamori momo being the one to bring down aizen ?         and i don’t mean this in some modern feminist way,   but to parallel it with the tales of momotaro,   who came out of a peach  (   ‘momo’ meaning ‘peach’  +  hinamori’s love for peaches  ),    was found and raised by an old woman,   ended up befriending a dog,   pheasant   and a monkey  (   possibly renji?   ),     and in the end defeated the demon ura    (    ‘ura’ meaning ‘opposite’ and is usually a term used mostly in politics to refer to the ‘behind the scenes leadership’ which fits aizen perfectly    ).
