Out of the cast? Nico is definitely the lightweight; even if they won’t admit it. And they’d demand that Fallon would carry them home because of all the muscles. (Fallon would begrudgingly carry them home, but they wouldn’t be particularly happy about it.) Sasha would just be monitoring the whole affair as they tried not to facepalm.
Supernaturals can get drunk, but it just varies on the specific tolerance of each individual (as well as the species). Blood Wine is a common drink among Vampires.
