This girl died from having five eggs backed up in her oviduct. Due to overproduction of eggs, her body was unable to pass them all, so they cooked inside her. This causes many other organs to shut down. This is why we give the girls their eggs back, to replenish the nutrients they lose, and sometimes we have them implanted which stops egg production all together and gives them a happier, healthier life.
