Gold Star Media has issued a press release confirming that Element’s latest comeback with their You mini-album and the title track of the same name will be their last.
The label released the following statement:
Hello, this is Gold Star Media.
The label and the members of Element would like to thank all of the fans who have loved and supported Element since they first began releasing music in 2016. It was due to the fans that Element was able to release music and meet with fans for four and a half years, even before they officially debuted in 2017.
Element will end their promotions as a group in May following the completion of their promotions for their latest You mini-album. Disbandment was not an easy decision, but the choice has been made as what is ultimately best for the group and its members.
Gold Star Media will continue to support the four members of Element with their future activities, which further notices will be released in relation to in the future after the members and fans have had time to enjoy their goodbye promotions.
Gold Star Media and Element would like to express sincere gratefulness for all of the support Element has been able to receive. Please continue to show your warmth to the four talented and special artists who have made up Element up to this point.

Gold Star Media confirmed that Element will officially disband on May 13, the day after they finish their month-long promotions for their latest comeback. Sources state the four members’ contracts with the company have not been terminated and they will continue to be managed by Gold Star Media, but Gold Star Media has not yet commented on what activities the members will pursue in the future.
