developing a castlevania fic, and here are some ocs for it! Daniel Graves and Erin Baldwin, descendants of Nathan Graves and Hugh Baldwin!
I once watched a pot boil as a child, just to prove that 'a watched pot never boils' was false on a literal level.
The real lesson I learned is that I spent 4 minutes slowly boiling a pot of water, not talking, just observing. All to achieve something that would've happened even without strict monitoring... ...except that same week my mother burned ramen because she fell asleep while cooking it and never told us something was on the stove. I am an adult now, and I have very rarely burn food I am cooking. My mother is not a BAD cook per se, but she still burns rice, collard greens, and ramen routinely because she forgets to keep an eye on them. So no, I don't have a wise parable to share, just reflecting on my life and how I became the sort of person who gets entirely tilted if you move my car keys without telling me, even if I misplaced it in the wrong spot earlier
It's alright if you find someone better and suddenly find that you don't like me anymore. I'm so used to being a stepping stone that it doesn't hurt anymore.
Just watched Minority Report
AUHG nbjgnb g oh my God so many twists and turns and yes stories where the characters can see their own futures are the best things.
