Tobirama Spins the Reincarnation Wheel: Part 1
Hows about an AU where Orochimaru couldn’t summon Tobirama?
The Shinigami was amused by the Edo Tensei, but not enough to avoid punishing the egotistic human responsible. So Tobirama is not given the right to go to the Pure Land- instead, he’s instantly reincarnated.
As Mitarashi Anko.
Anko lives her life with no clue that she used to be the Nidaime until something wakes him up (maybe Orochimaru with the Edo Tensei? Or Anko stumbles across one of Tobirama’s old labs that had been looted?). After a ‘minor’ mental breakdown Tobirama comes to the conclusion that he’s only freaking out about the reincarnation thing. The whole suddenly-a-woman-thing not so much. (Maybe a little about the ‘no shirts in her closet’ thing, but whatever. It’s worked as a distraction till now, no need to fix what isn’t broken)
For added flavor, Hashirama and Madara (maybe Izuna? Surely Orochimaru would take all advantages of the strongest ninja Konoha had to (once) offer) find out about Tobi’s new... life choices....
(Tobi would totally return to being albino whether he wanted to or not)
(Hashirama isn’t pleased with his little whatever-sex-of-the-week and all the looks Anko gets)
(Anko is still a flirty little shit. Tobi being in control with full memories means nothing)
