Hello, dear members! With all that’s happening in Wonderland now, we figured we would give you a little hand in solving some of the small mysteries around current events (and Wonderland itself) via our NPCs! You can now interact with all 3 units of the NPCs to ask them questions and seek answers, as they are all informants with more knowledge than most in both Over and Under Wonderland. Please note that all 3 units operate in different manners, and interactions available between them will also differ.
CHESHIRE CAT ( @chvshre )
ACCESSIBILITY: the easiest to reach out of the three, as he travels in and out of Over and Under Wonderland regularly. You can try to arrange meet-ups with him by leaving a note in the White Rabbit Tea Shop.
PAYMENT: information - the more important the information you give him, the more important the information he gives you back.
INTERACTIONS: you can provide your payment via ask / submit and he will answer with the information you are looking for publicly. You can also plot short threads with him to exchange information - please message Admin Xia for this option.
TWEEDLEDEE & T WEEDLEDUM ( @wonderlandforums )
ACESSIBILITY: while they largely operate out of Under-Wonderland, they will occasionally come up to the surface to collect what is owed to them. Otherwise, they are fairly accessible via online forums on the deep web.
PAYMENT: information & IOUs - you may approach them with information and they will happily trade information back, but if you come empty-handed, expect them to re-appear down the road to collect a favour from you.
INTERACTIONS: you can provide your payment via / ask submit and they will answer publicly. If you choose to ask without providing payment, they will still answer but will note your dues to them.
JABBERWOCKY ( @gaberboccus )
ACCESSIBILITY: she is the hardest to reach as she only enters Over-Wonderland on extremely rare and specific occasions. She can be met in Under-Wonderland, but only if you know how to access that part of the city.
PAYMENT: she has no fixed payment, as this is dependent on what she needs from you at the moment. She does not require immediate payment, but will collect eventually.
INTERACTIONS: you can ask her questions and send your requests to her and she will answer back privately .You do not need to provide any payment upon arrival.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: You may also approach her to ask for SPECIFIC IN-GAME PLOT EVENTS ( ex. “I want The White Rabbit Tea Shop to be ransacked”, “I want one of the Walrus’ workers to go missing” ) and she will have the potential to grant them. If she chooses to, there will be updates on the main of these fulfilled requests that impacts the plot and consequently, the characters. She can choose to deny granting certain requests, but if she accepts, her price will be steeper.
Please note that while you can ask both the CHESHIRE CAT & THE TWEEDLES general questions / opinion-based questions anonymously, if you wish to receive factual information you must ask from your character blog in order for them to mark your dues. If you ask for information on anonymous, it will not be answered.
A hint: when giving information to trade with our NPCs, the best route is personal information / thoughts your muse may have that has not been shared with others in-character that could impact the game ( ex. debating on changing alliances & why ), vulnerabilities, secrets other characters have shared with you, your character’s worthwhile actions / findings or those that they have witnessed of another character, etc.
