It has been such a crazy beginning to my school year, and I just haven't been able to catch my breath lately!! But with a day off today I think that a little update to the world would suffice. I would like to happily announce that I am this year's Executive Sous Chef for the French Dinner at The Chef John Folse Culinary Institute at Nicholls State University! I am so pumped, and I truly feel as if all my hard work is paying off. I would like to give a shout out to the Executive Chef, Logan Boudreaux and the Sous Chef, Crystal Lachney for getting chosen for leadership as well! This is a powerhouse team, and I cannot wait to get this ball rolling for this dinner. Thank you to the Faculty and Staff at CJFCI, for believing in me and for giving me this amazing opportunity to test my skills and knowledge. A huge thank you to ALL my friends and family who got me here to this point, and who have consistently given me the strength and courage to conquer all my ambitions.
