Being a runner, frequenting a gym, running a race or competing in any sort of contest is not for wusses. It takes courage and commitment that begins within.
It’s easy to sabotage any kind of positive efforts with negative talk.
“I’m too fat.”
“It’s too hot.”
“I’ll look like a fool.”
“I’m too old for this.”
