Running migraines are the worst. I got one yesterday, but luckily it didn't really set in until after the race. I ran with a 50 oz camelbak full of water and 3 endurolyte fizzy tablets so I could drink when I was thirsty. But I didn't wear my sunglasses because of the fog. My hydration is still a bit screwed up today, which I think is normal after a race. (Maybe?) I'm still so puzzled by how to prevent them.
