EXERCISE DIARY Hey there, here's my exercise diary day two Today I walked for approximately 25 minutes and I also made some stretches, squats and other indoors exercises for 18 minutes It felt good and I was comfortable with most of them. It was nice to see my body stretch and to have my heart beat increase. My brothers were encouraging me, I laughed so much. May God bless them. I'm glad I did it Don't wait for motivation to get back to exercising, start exercising again and the motivation will come.
