Exercise Tips Using Free Body Weight
Hey Everyone! Here I am going to post some exercise tips so you have sucess when you exercise.
Quick Tip #1: Do different things. Exercise can get boring. Boring means you are unmotivated. Do different things. Some include rock climbing, yoga, hiking, trail running, gardening or other things where you keep your body moving.
Quick Tip #2: Do what you feel like doing. Don't do exercises because its the latest fad or someone else tells you that its the best. You might not like it. You might physically be unable to do it. Or a billion other reasons. If your not into it, why would you do it again.
Quick Tip #3: Have a buddy. Make up rediculous goals. My buddy and I say that we need to get sexy every single time we exercise. That might sound obnoxious but if you say it out load it might happen.
Quick Tip #4: Do small home work outs. Doing workouts for just 20 minutes a day will help you get into better shape. Sit ups, pull ups, crunches, yoga are all things you can do. Now if you need something to do pull ups on, the free standing pull up bar is a terrific piece of equipment to have.
