Guess who's looking good!
I am. I'm pretty proud of myself.. I lost 10 pounds and I am continuing on this path haha. (: I've been going to the gym with my boyfriend and our two friends, and I have to say, going to the gym seemed like a drag at first because I hate when things get repetitive. However, being around others makes it a lot more fun :D Along with that, I've been sticking to a good diet. You know, all organic, no more eating practically anything outside of the house, and just drinking a crap ton of water. I'm talking about 8 water bottles a day. So, yeah, it's only been 3 weeks and I already lost a decent amount of weight ^w^ Soon, my boyfriend (Kevin) and I want to buy memberships to use the public pool in our area.. I love swimming so, that's going to be fun :D
oh wow i feel like i just got double-teamed by two horses
I know it's hard to get motivated to exercise but exercise can be fun!!! I alternate between dance, kickboxing, and rollerblading but I do yoga daily for my mind and spirit. Follow your bliss! As many of you know, just a year ago I was over 30 lbs heavier and was battling a deep depression. Although I still have short bouts of depression, it's nothing like it was. You'll notice your mood improving the more active you become... especially if you are outdoors. :) Today is my dancing day. Although rollerblading is easy, it's a really good workout. Kickboxing is probably the best for toning out of the three though as it works all the muscles. Once I added that to my routine I toned up quickly. You can still have fun and slim up and it doesn't take very long to see results if you choose your foods and exercises wisely and just incorporate them little by little into your day. Start slowly and with maybe 10 mins here and there if you are out of shape... just to get your heart and motivation going.
I always start my workouts with a 1 min plank and end with a 2 min plank because for some reason I really like torturing myself
