I got Class Pass and did Zumba tonight and holy crap those ladies to do not play. I am exhausted.

Poszłam na Zumbę.

I niemalże zeszłam na Zumbę. Osoba z zaleceniem artoskopii kolana (chyba się regeneruje, nie wiem) i zwyrodnieniem kręgosłupa stwierdziła, że spróbuje. Energia bajerancka, natomiast po wszystkim zaczął mnie napier... boleć przytoczony - a dokładniej przytachany do domu - kręgosłup. Kiedy już bardziej wzmocnię wewnętrzne i zewnętrze mięśnie, a ortopeda nie powie "nie" - wrócę. Chyba mnie poPerwolliło z tą Zumbą. 🤓

Sometimes I get really self indulgent and think of caleb with a sporty MC. I don't mean sporty in the normal way though, I mean with an MC that also works in fitness or is a dancer/performer (like me). They would have gym days, yoga days, meditation every day, zumba days...and let me tell you this man LOVES zumba lol 😂 ALSO ALSO He would love senior zumba EVEN MORE!!! (Makin the old ladies giggle and blush XD)

AND/OR he would love to come and watch your performances and guard you like a hawk afterwards at the meet n greet LOLOL 🤣 he never gets sick of seeing your shows and always brings you a gift. Even if it's a flower he picked before hand, homemade sweets, your favorite pick me up 😚😚😚😚
