TALENT CONTRACTS
This is talents payroll and therefore incredibly important. When dealing with DGA actors, Exhibit G's and Talent Contracts determine how much the actor should be getting paid. Contracts A talent contract will vary with each job depending on legal advice but the information needed for payroll is as follows:   ∇Job Name:   ∇Job Number:   ∇Talent Name   ∇Dates Worked   ∇Date of Signing *legal wording*   ∇Talent Name   ∇Talent Address   ∇Talent Signature   ∇Date of Signing Along with each contract a W-9 should be attached. Exhibit G's Exhibit G's need to be filled out for *W, S, FT, T, H, TR, F days. I recently worked on a shoot where we dealt with NON-DGA talent. Instead of Exhibit G's we used a very simple Talent Sign-in Sheet which included the following: Printed   ∇Picture Title   ∇Production No.   ∇Date   ∇Company   ∇Shooting Location   ∇Talent Name   ∇Character   ∇Talent Signature **this proves that the actor appeared on the date of signature After the shoot and you've entered into the Postproduction stage copies of the Exhibit G's and Talent Contracts need to be made. The originals are sent to the agency who deals with a payroll service. The copies are kept for the Production Company's Wrap Book. If you are not dealing with DGA then try to make a deal with casting company to help you deal with Pay Vouchers. *W = Work, S = Start, FT = Rehearsal | Fitting, T = Test, TR = Travel, F = Finish
