oh also someone asked shuichi when he'd ask you out today, and he said something along the lines of "i wont because im pretty sure she doesn't have those kinda feelings for me" which makes me think he feels roughly the same way you do

i mean yeah if your no where close to comfortable with it kaede, then dont. but on the other hand, if you wait for the perfect moment there's a very real possibility that you'll wait forever. so sure dont carpe this diem, but also dont let a good opportunity go to waste because it's not perfect enough
