MACK- “In all honesty, Grant you did threaten him if he didn’t secure you stayed in the house, and now that he betrayed you are you going to carry out those threats as the house-guests make their way to the jury house?”

GRANT- “Damn right they are going to know, every last one of them.  Ethan already knows, I told him before the immunity challenge. He promised me, he would make sure they all knew about me and Matais’ relationship prior to coming into the house, and that he PROMISED to save me and lied.”

MACK- “So, in essence, you are going to have Ethan do your dirty work?”

GRANT- “I guess you could say that,yes, but he offered. He can use this to his advantage and break up that gay alliance that is blatantly formed.  If he can get them to not trust Matais and make him look like the liar he is, they... I am sure will be like...hey if he can lie to someone he has known for a while, what is going to keep him from lying to us?” Ethan is smart, and this is his opportunity. If he can break them, he can win this game. And if he makes it to the final two, he HAS my vote for sure!”

MACK- “Grant, is was a pleasure to have you in the house and participate this year in Big Brother, but your game isn’t over. You may not be able to win, but you still have an opportunity to change this game and the outcome.”

GRANT- “I will take full advantage of that and hopefully Ethan will come out of there the winner.  Until then I am going to enjoy the jury house, at least for a while, by myself!”

MACK- “We will check in on you over here at the Jury House, once you get another occupant.  Now, let’s go back to the Big Brother House, where the guys have finished their morning breakfast, and will soon take part in the next HOH competition.”

MACK- “And then there were SIX...We are entering day seven in the Big Brother House. We started with 8 House-Guests, and yesterday another house guest was eliminated and now six are left. The strongest alliance is still intact, the 4 Gay Amigos, consisting of Niko, Matais, Alejandro and Seth. Ethan’s two alliance partners have been eliminated and he stands alone. Dennis also is alone, but is making friendships throughout the house with as many as he can.

Before we talk with our lastest eliminated House Guest, we want to share with you were the House Point totals stand currently ~

Niko = 490 pts / Seth = 475 pts / Matais = 425 pts / Alejandro = 395pts / Dennis = 380 pts & Ethan = 360 pts.

This is STILL anyone's game!

MACK- “Welcome to the stage, Grant. Sorry for the circumstances, but let’s chat about your game play and those left in the house.”

GRANT- “Sure, and thanks for having me here, Mack.”

MACK- “Okay first of all you really had no idea that your point totals were so low, and you questioned Seth when he announced your name.”

GRANT- “I wasn’t accusing Seth, definitely not, I hope it didn’t come across that way, But I was surprised. I began to realize points were based on the challenges and the personal relationships made during the day. I never won a challenge, and honestly, I really didn’t make too many friends, except for Kenshi and Ethan. So now that I look back on it. The points were my own fault.”

MACK- “We were also surprised at the last challenge. I personally thought, you being one of the younger house guests, and probably the most physically fit, I was expecting you to win the treadmill challenge. What happened?”

GRANT- “Thanks for your support in that, but honestly, I really think Seth is more physically fit. He has no body fat, AT ALL... he is all muscle.  But I should have done better, for sure. But after the first hour, I realized I went too fast too soon, and then my knee just completely gave out and I was afraid I was going to fall like Alejandro did, so I just stopped.

MACK- “Well, that explains that... now we found out something that the house-guests know nothing about. You and Matais knew each other before you entered the house. Were the two of you aware that you were both going to be in the house together?”

GRANT- “Not a clue! I was shocked when I got to the first day of production to get ready to go in the house and he was there. We both agreed to keep it quiet, as it may have worked against us. So we acted as though we did not know one another at all.  And it worked.  But, as is the case with Matais, he lied to me once again. He said he would make sure I was safe, but he bold face lied to me, and cast the deciding vote!”

This will enable you to understand what are some aspects which the employees like and dislike about the Company. The dislike aspect can help you to improve growth, employee satisfaction, and retention.

5. How highly would you recommend this company to others?

This is yet another question that needs to be asked in any exit interview. What an employee thinks of your Company is imperative to its growth. Make sure you record all the observations and pay special attention to the repeated answers.

 6. What comments or suggestions would you like to give to our Company?

This question is a good way to ensure that the employee who is exiting the Company is happy that you care about their preferences. This will help your brand image. Moreover, you will get to know the good as well as the bad aspects of your Company.

Conclusion:

Exit Interviews really help to strengthen a Company's brand image. Moreover, taking feedback from someone who is quitting isn't a bad idea either. Although this is a very effective idea, many companies are still not leveraging it - especially which are into Entry-level Recruitment.
