it’s been literally so long (almost 2 years now) since I’ve last held a book. the last thing I rmr purchasing was a court of thorns and roses along with its sequel. how would you rate what you’ve read on a scale of “I think the plot is interesting enough to help you (hopefully??) break out of the reading slump that’s overstayed its welcome” to “no”

Did you read acotar and the sequel?? hmm I would rate it as it definitely got me out of a slump! Even though I personally think the writing was 'ok' and the sex scenes were ... I just?? Didn't like it lol and feyre would make stupid choices for the sake of the plot to continue on but the plot was interesting and it's been so long since I've read a y/a fantasy book so! I was entertained :) now since I'm on a roll I'm going to read the red queen today and hopefully it's good

This won’t be about my pet because I don’t have one; it’s my little sister’s pet. He’s a cat and he’s grey hence the name Smokie. I don’t think he likes me but I secretly like him. He gets aggressive when I’m around so I tend to show my unrequited affection when he’s asleep. I also pet him in the right places and give him extra treats behind my sister’s back. Showering him is also my job, because apparently my sister is too young to be scratched and subjected to “feral animals in water.” The end
