I want to improve my health, and my body,
like im not happy with how i look, but i do think im pretty? Lol
so i was thinking about doing a vegan thing, like.... 3 days a week, SORRY but i could never be vegan 7 days a week. So yeah... gonna be vegan... and probably work on my upper body as well, along with lower body. :) i wanna feel better.
i want to for sure look better for when bikini season rolls around, like im aware i wont be model skinny Ever, its just not my body type but all i want is to cut the fat in my body down and i dont care how much i weigh, cause before i got mono i was like 160 almost from muscle mass.
and when i got sick i got flabby, i wasnt eating so my body fed on fat. so when i got out of having mono i was 140.i gained ten pounds back super quick though, (sadly,) but i plan to get that far again.
i want to have a flat tummy nice legs and not so... uh, well. i never really worked on my arms before or after i got sick. so they just suck and i have a long way to go but if any one has any dieting tips lemme know:)
