This augmented reality was inspired in the leaves of the garden that i painted in watercolor, they come alive and release themselves, flying away from the flat cardboard into the 3d world

Animation in a real life environment. Starting point was this architectural model on the top. With the pattern of the house front, we were inspired for our short film “Einen an der Waffel”, which was projected on the model. The windows turned into a waffle iron. The idea was to let the burls of the waffle come out slowly. For this I tried to play with the shadows to create this 3d look.
