The Tiny Trekkers were really fortunate this trip - we were treated to dinner at Yuzuya Ryokan hotel. The dining experience was themed with Yuzu, a kind of highly fragrant citrus. The first fish came wrapped in white paper, with a golden thread around it. Each course was presented by a young waiter who was delightful and answered all of our questions. The scent of the yuzu stayed on our hands for ages and was lovely! #yuzuya #yuzu #japanesefinedining #experiencedining
