Experiment no 3

hypothesis: punishing bird can be suppressed easier by giving it positive attention.

control: a normal suppression (ignoring it)

procedure:

step one: we studied other abnormalities under our department until the bird breached.

step two: Marton approached bird and tried to get it to land in his palms. it did not.

step three: Marton suggests giving it affection, but it is hard to do so as it is moving, so we gave it verbal positive affirmations. no change.

step four: Marton wanted to try and give it physical affection, so i was ordered to try and catch it like a pigeon.

results: Hospital

conclusion: inconclusive, will have to reattempt with a different approach once both halves of my body are fully attached. 🔥

honestly it's kind of disappointing that the plot of everything that involves mad science is some protagonist discovering it and being like "oh that's so fucked up and evil! we must shut this down immediately!"

no, no, why don't we explore this, actually? really sit with it. why shut down the experiment when they're just getting to the good part? i want to see what happens!

Experiment no 1

hypothesis: If we hook up Mr. Hohenheim's ego coat to a microwave, we can use him to heat up food

Control: normal microwave

procedure:

1. We took apart the microwave

2. Marton moved some wires and clipped them to Hohenheim's coat nails.

experiment no 4

hypothesis: investing marijuana will lead to more progress in our research.

control: hohenheim's peccatulum studies, sober

procedure:

step one: our chief researcher ingested approximately 15mg of marijuana infused gummy candy.

step two: we waited approximately 45 minutes without doing any research to allow the drug to run its course. our chief researcher promptly informed us when the effects had begun.

step three: we performed a routine peccatulum observation on peccatulum luxuriae, as it is a subject we have researched before so we can compare the work done both times.

results: our chief researcher was able to get about a single page of observations recorded before he began to lose comprehension of the latin words used to identify the peccatulum and spent 10 minutes trying to properly record its height without getting distracted. research was considered concluded when the chief researcher laid down against the peccatulum and began to talk to it like a pet.

conclusion: will need to perform repeat trials with different strands to get any conclusive evidence. so far this strand doesn't lead to productive results, but it does lead to some good blackmail
