Phoon

Primary function: To create typhoon-like winds

Designed to create massive typhoon-like winds, blowing down trees and destroying houses among other things. She giggles a lot and greatly enjoys what she does.

She was unintentionally mutated into a stronger and bigger form after being shot by Jumba's Plasmatic Englobulatron ray, but reverted to her original form after Stitch put her to sleep.

One true place: Creating winds for windsurfers on the beach

As a part 2 to the post I made last night, here’s more Lilo and Stitch experiments I drew! I accidentally made Spats look way too much like Garfield but honesty I’m kind of enjoying it.
